HOUSE CLOSING.....UPDATE: Jen and I are signing the paperwork tonight to complete our application process for the mortgage and construction note. As we have all our paperwork together we should be closing soon! Our application and financing will be taken care of as of early next week and from there we just wait for the paperwork to funnel through the "process" and we will have a home and 20acres!!!! WISH US LUCK!

Yes to you all out there whom ask!? DID THEY REALLY GET ANOTHER DOG!? Well Duh!? What do you think!? Of course we did!

Luna was a rescue black lab puppy that was taken away from the owners for neglect/abuse. She is only 4mo./5mo. old! Anyway even though it is NOT the right time (pre-house) for us to get another puppy; Jen and I both decided it was the right puppy to take. Jen has been planning on getting another dog for the trail as Do is getting older and cant keep up for those longer and harder hikes. As Do has been retired from the major trail hiking she has taken over as the "official" swimming muskrat and house dog (for protection). Jen wanted to get another Lab (type- mix) puppy that she could train and use for her upcoming hiking/trekking trips into the New England woods (and beyond...) THE LICENSE IS FINALLY DONE!!

Hear ye' Hear Ye' Hear Ye' Jenifer E. Jakub finally got off her lazy duff in the morning and got her license changed to her new name!!! *Gigggle So you dont have to bother her ANYmore....not like any of you did ANYWAY!!! HEHEHE

We are doing well and the house stuff is almost done. We are waiting for the contractor quotes to come back so we can complete the paperwork with the bank and also finally get the inspections done that we need. We are on schedule for closing at the end of this month! Yipeeeeee

WE ARE FINALLY SIGNED!

After we have waited more then a week and a half we are officially signed for the property in Charlestown and are the "Contractual Buyers", our closing date/deadline is August 31st 2006!
