THE NEW TOY :) Here are some pics of the Tractor (Kubota B7800) that we buying for property maintenance..we are going to use the tractor for:

- Maintaining our driveway (the WHOLE quarter mile and more of it): Grading the gravel, filling, digging and maintaining culverts for drainage, plowing, and etc.

- Trails: We are going to use the tractor and the implements to help cut our dog sled trails throughout our property. This includes taking down trees, building bridges, hauling out timber, splitting wood, etc.

- Dog Kennel: MAN! the bucket loader will be great to shovel dog poo into to compost in the woods! Thats alot of dog poo EH!?

- Other...There are alot of other odd jobs on the property that we are going to use the tractor for; brush hogging, cutting grass, hauling split wood all over the place and more. ALSO! It will be cool to just play with. You know? Have a dump truck of sand and gravel dumped in the backfield...and then with the backhoe I can move the pile from one place...to another :) *Giggle.

WELL, I wish I could put the photos of the house work up but I just cant now. I forgot the pics down in Swanzey at Jens' house (ooops!) For now I hope some cute pics of the Luna, Kashi and Jen suffice.

As for the house...The work has been initiated. Over the weekend Mom and Dad Jakub came up for a closer look of the work that has been started. The land cleanup is nearly complete with both shacks demolished and most of the trash picked up. Next the cellar and house will be cleared out of "stuff" and the finish work on the house will start. As soon as the master bedroom is completed I will move in (partially) so I can get out of my rental apartment as soon as possible. This should be within a few weeks at the latest. Next the remainder of the house will be completed and then finally the barn built into the first week of november.
