This is BORIS...our new addition to the sled team. He is 12wks old, Male, and a black.white pie-ball (moo cow spots). He is 1/2 brother to Vladik (same Mom) and cousins to Mishka. He is a spunky wonder pup and is getting along GREAT with all the others. He has made quick friends especially with LUNA and OKSANA!

NEWS NEWS NEWS!
"KASHTANKA EXPEDITION SIBERIANS"
Jen and I decided it would be worth a try to start a part time business guiding people into the New England woods and trails with sled dog teams. As many people know I (Zeke) have been running a sled dog team for multiple years now and the requests for weekend long sled dog adventures has grown. As I have a small sled dog kennel already Jen and I are going to try and maintain a Part-Time business running sled dog adventures in New England and beyond in the winter months.
What does this mean? Basically nothing new. As I have been running these type of paid adventures on/off through the winters there isnt much different other then registering as a "offical" business and of course getting proper Insurance coverage. We will be running the trips only in the winter months, day long to weekend long trips to start with, and for a competative price. We hope you all keep track of our attempt and wish us luck!

That is about it for the best of the pictures. CLICK ON ANY PICTURE to see it FULL SIZE! If you look closely you can see some pretty interesting "attributes" of the MALE ELK. HAHAHAHA!! Good picture taking JEN!!!!
We had a great time and are both WICKED tired. Spending 2 days on the other side of the country was asking for some major Jet Lag. It was 150% worth it. I (zeke) got to see some birds I have never seen before, we both got to see Elk and Deer REALLY upclose, the views were wonderful and experiencing North Americas Rainforest was just breathtaking. We hope to return sometime soon!
Enjoy, Z &J

HEY ALL! BEEN AWHILE!
Sorry about that. Been real busy with everything going on. Jen and I have been cutting trails all over the property (in preparation for winter training), getting out small organic garden started, and lots and LOTS of general house work. I have some pictures I will bring in that show some of the trails I have cut and other changes at the house. I hope everyone is doing ok...TALK SOON!
